Joshua came to the Bridgeport in 1998. In 1999 he started Abi-Jay Novelty Foods, at the Ballpark at Harbor Yard. Joshua has owned multiple businesses, including Soul 2 Soul Restaurant, and Bridgeport's Cleaning Services. His businesses operate in Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. He is an active member in the local business community and the founder of the Southern Connecticut Black Chamber of Commerce.
Joshua lives in Trumbull, CT with his wife Abiola, a Central High School graduate. An avid fishermen, Joshua can be found spending his time fishing at St. Mary's by the Sea. He is also an ordained evangelist and Youth Pastor at Little Mount Zion Holy Church.

George Kincade is a Graduate of University of Arkansas with a degree in accounting and minor degree in business. Worked in the field of sales for twelve years at Rainbow Bakery, upon the close of business, went on to work for the Internal Revenue Service for the federal government in Ohio as an underwriter reporter in the accounts payable department. Later George was promoted and transferred to Norwalk, CT where he worked as a Revenue Officer. With over 16 years experience in the IRS he brings invaluable knowledge to the organization.
Mr. Kincade is a currently a board member of the NAACP Bridgeport Connecticut and an active member locally for about 14 years. His actual involvement in the NAACP goes back almost for 35 years. George can often be found assisting community needs through his various church affiliations and is a certified VITA tax preparer for this free government service program.
Treasurer
Ms. Kimberly Norman-Rosedam is owner of Rose Construction Company and Nor-Dam Properties LLC. A business professional with over 15 years of expertise in the areas of construction, finance, infrastructure/operations, real estate and research technology.
Secretary
Deborah A. Caviness is the Senior Program Administrator for the Small and Minority Business Resource Office. This office serves as the main point of entry for small, minority and omen-owned business seeking contracting opportunities with City of Bridgeport.
She is also the President/CEO of the Greater Bridgeport Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) a global network of employment and job training programs founded by the late great Rev. Leon H. Sullivan.
